Warranties
TERRACAST® PRODUCTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TERRACAST® PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, AND BACK CHARGES.
This warranty does not include reimbursement for the expense of installation or removal of equipment, transportation, or any other expenses, which may be incurred. Authorization must be obtained from TerraCast® before any material is returned. The foregoing states the Buyer’s sole remedy for any breach of warranty by TerraCast® Products. TerraCast® Resin Planters
TerraCast® Products, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (TerraCast®) warrants to the original purchaser that all TerraCast® resin planters manufactured by TerraCast® to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from date of manufacture.
Any product manufactured with regrind material will have a 90-day warranty from date of manufacture. If the original purchaser is an authorized TerraCast® distributor, the warranty will extend to the original purchaser from the distributor.
Customer is responsible for any testing or certification necessary for each specific application.
Liability of TerraCast® under this warranty is limited to repair, or at TerraCast®’s option, replacement of defective products or part thereof which is shown to have been defective when shipped, and only then if TerraCast® is notified in writing of the defects within the warranty period and items in question are promptly delivered to its point of manufacture at TerraCast®’s option. Transportation charges are to be prepaid.
Replacement products provided under the terms of this Warranty are guaranteed only for the remaining period of the original warranty period. Products believed to be defective shall be retained by the buyer for inspection by TerraCast® to verify the existence of the covered defect.
No person, firm or corporation, including the selling dealer, is authorized to assume for TerraCast® any other liability in connection with the sale of these goods.
Warranty is void if product has been altered, abused, neglected or improperly installed. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose and the obligation and liability of TerraCast® under this warranty shall not include any transportation or other charges or the cost of installation or liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages or delay resulting from the defect.
TerraCast®’s liability as stated herein cannot be altered or enlarged except in writing, signed by an officer of TerraCast® Products, LLC.
Effective January 1, 2026, this Limited Warranty supersedes all other warranties stated or published.
TerraCast® Light Pole Bases
TerraCast® Products, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (TerraCast®) warrants to the original purchaser that all resin light pole base covers manufactured by TerraCast® to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from date of manufacture. TerraCast® Site Furnishings Warranty
Whether in commercial or residential applications, all recycled plastic site furnishing products supplied by TerraCast® Products are warranted for twenty (20) years against defects in materials, workmanship, and breakage in accordance with our published specifications. TerraCast® Products further warranties our recycled plastic components not to rot, split, crack or splinter during this period.
Customer is responsible for any testing or certification necessary for each specific application.

TerraCast® PolySteel™ Bollards Warranty
TerraCast® Products warrants its PolySteel™ products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years. TerraCast® Products will repair or replace defective products, upon return of product to our factory freight paid. This warranty does not include installation labor or cover any product not manufactured by TerraCast® Products.
Customer is responsible for any testing or certification necessary for each specific application.

TerraCast® Aluminum Post Heads Warranty
TerraCast® Products offers a one-year guarantee against defects in material, parts, components, accessories, workmanship, assembly and manufacture of aluminum post heads. Finishes are subject to factory approval, at will, because of areas with abnormal harsh weather environments.
PLEASE NOTE: TerraCast® Products will not honor any claims for any improperly installed units or those in which parts have been altered or tampered. Also, ballast and sockets are subject to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. TerraCast® Products will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred due to defects. TerraCast® Products reserves the right to make design changes without prior notice.
TerraCast® Aluminum Pole Assemblies Warranty
TerraCast® Products warrants its aluminum pole assemblies for one year to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to be free from corrosion, except those items normally consumed in service. This warranty applies to the pole assembly only and does not include anchor bolts, connecting hardware, or foundation. This warranty excludes finishes such as powder coating, anodizing, and satin unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not cover failures or corrosion due to:
- Improper installation.
- Misapplication – product used outside of specified use.
- Damage from handling, transportation, installation, vehicular impact, abuse, or vandalism.
- Site-specific wind-induced or other vibration.
- Installation in soils with a pH under 5 or over 9.
- Improper grounding.
TerraCast® Products will, at its sole option, repair, replace, or credit Buyer’s account for any product that does not conform to this warranty.
Third-Party Components and Accessories
For any items that are not manufactured by TerraCast® and are not expressly covered by the TerraCast® Limited Warranty set forth above, TerraCast® makes no representations or warranties whatsoever. These items are sold “as is” and are covered solely by any warranty provided by their respective manufacturer or supplier, if any. TerraCast® disclaims all express or implied warranties with respect to such third-party items, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
